As soon as you sign up for a Taopix software license, we'll arrange to provide your team with intensive training on the system. One of our dedicated Technical Consultants will cover everything from installation and set up, to how to update and maintain the platform day to day.

We’ll provide manuals, documentation and a bunch of tools to get you started.

 

Dedicated support

With a dedicated support team based at Taopix HQ and a mix of local agents around the world, we are happy to offer ongoing dedicated support packages for those who feel they want the extra help.

Our dedicated support team consists of highly skilled Technical Consultants who are passionate about delivering the very best customer service. They've not only received intensive training on our products, they can deliver it too! And they often work alongside our in-house development team to ensure they answer all of your technical questions. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent response time too.

Dedicated Customer Support Management

We're always a quick phone call or email away when you need to get in touch! All our support cases are backed by a dedicated Customer Support Management platform, which allows us to automatically log, track and manage any support cases. This also helps us to manage our target of aiming to respond to, and where possible resolve, your query within a day.

Do-It-Yourself

Equally, we’re happy to leave you to it if you prefer to maintain and update the system yourself – Taopix is purposefully designed to allow you to do this.  

And for those of you who like to have the technical low down, the platform comes with a range of comprehensive user manuals and technical specifications. All Taopix customers also receive a log-in to our dedicated customer knowledge base, where they can search for the relevant tech notes, documentation and Frequently Asked Questions via advanced key word search.

The super friendly Taopix Technical Team is available via email and phone for customers, we can also arrange online meetings and have been known to make on-site visits anywhere in the world for those who request it.
